I purchased Offline Presence but can't login / register / access it

We use a payment processor called JV Zoo to deliver securely your copy of Offline Presence.

If you have never used JV Zoo before you might have issue retrieving your Offline Presence or upgrade purchase. Here are the steps to do so. 

1. Check your email for JV Zoo confirmation

 

After making your payment for the upgrade, you should be redirected to your JV Zoo customer portal.

If not, check your email for login information and login directly to this page:

http://customer.jvzoo.com/

2. Retrieve your purchase in JV Zoo

Simply click on the most recent Offline Presence purchase you made and click on View details.

Then click on Access your purchase to register in the Offline Presence members area.

3. Register your account on Offline Presence

Simply choose your preferred username and password to enter Offline Presence.
