I purchased Youzign via JVZoo but can't login / register / access it

We use a payment processor called JV Zoo to deliver securely your copy of Youzign.

If you have never used JV Zoo before you might have issue retrieving your Youzign or upgrade purchase. Here are the steps to do so. 

1. Check your email for JV Zoo confirmation

 

After making your payment for the upgrade, you should be redirected to your JV Zoo customer portal.

If not, check your email for login information and login directly to this page:

http://customer.jvzoo.com/

2. Retrieve your purchase in JV Zoo

Simply locate your Youzign purchase and click on View details.

Then click on Access your purchase to register in the Youzign members area.

    Same here, I am about to get my money back. I cannot stand it when this happens. Even the email enclosed on my PP receipt is false. It bounced back. JVzoo does not have it in my purchases so this is really not good. The more I think about it and coupled with the fact I am still waiting on a confirmation on the order and have been charged already.. I think I am out of here!!!

    Favor you know what they say that patience is a virtue.

    This is not the first time this has happen to me. It seams that there are some communication issue between the seller and JVZoo platform. I believe part of the confusing comes from the seller having a password word to access the product and JVZoo also having a password requirement to access your purchases.

    I cannot stand it when this happens either.

    This is a big NO! NO! for the address on PayPal receipt in providing a non working contact email address.

    You experienced the bouncing email also. My heart always sinks when that happens.

    I would've have thought that not only PayPal would have validated the email address in the same manner they validated mine when I log in. As should JVzoo while they are validating my log in to my purchases. You are so right this really is not good a good thing.

    Also, I was thinking I should cancel this purchase and get my money back.

    Like I said earlier 2 hours later I could access my purchase.

    We are definitely on the same page. I suppose we are not the only two this has happened to. Perhaps the only two who were bold enough to be public about it:)
    I see JVZ has posted the product in my purchases.

    Anyway, let's see if it stands up to the promotion and hopefully without the upsale we still have a usable product. Thanks for hanging in there with me! God Bless Us One and Alll!!

    This is the first time I have had problems with Jvzoo. You would think if they send you a receipt that they would know to place the purchase in your purchase area.

    Used both a username and email in the registration and then following login and it self cancels either way at the login with carefully recorded username and email and password.

    Prompts do not agree with field validation. Asks for username, then complains that there is no valid email.

    When you click access your purchase through JVZoo and fill out user registration you are taken to a site which has "testsite" in it as subfolder. I finally got through this merrygoround by clicking on the link at the very bottom which says in small print, "Already have an account? Sign in."

    That is linked to https://youzign.com/login rather than https://youzign.com/testsite/login however this is not a fix because if I use another browser I will not be cookied and I get the barracaded loop of username is not an email VS email already exists if I enter the email registered in 1st step.

    I use lastpass with a very specific routine for saving registered sites. This problem is on your end.

    I have given you plenty of info so would appreciate getting this fixed up. Other than that great looking product(s) and looking forward to being around for a while with y'all.

    I have the same problem and I didn't get my 10 USD discount "wednesday special offer" there was no possibilities to put the discount code "10 back" on the PAY PAL check out page.
    Please fix it.

    Having the same problem all the other comments are - can't log in after payment s submitted. I've submitted requests through the JV zoo portal along with this help portal and no response other than an auto response. Besides feeling baited by an affiliate and the charge of $47 and the additional charge for the templates that appear to be part of the package to begin with the non response is very frustrating. I'm getting ready to cancel and review to all social media channels my so far not so great experience. I hope to get this fixed or at minimum hear from someone.
